There's several new opportunities occurring in "The Big Apple" when it comes to providing Government sponsored housing for immigrants and homeless populations.
There is a current need to house migrants flooding into New York City at record numbers. We can collect $800 per room to house them and to also house other homeless individuals who are in need of refuge.
The lack low income housing has caused an incredible opportunity to invest in real estate. Based on the end of the moratorium on rent payments recently, the housing rental market is outrageously high. The cost of inflation is also a determining factor for these cost. This has created an opportunity to invest in real estate and rent out furnished rooms from $200-$250 per week in the New York City area.
The government is paying the rent for a whole year to house homeless people. So if the rent is $2,000 per month then we are collecting $24,000 at closing. If the rent is $3000 per month we are collecting $36,000 at closing.
All investment monies will be secured by real estate to insure we create value as we invest, not only as a cash flowing investment but also a value investment because we will be purchasing the real estate below market value.
